She is the Director of the Department of Management at the University of Torino.
Full Professor of Management and Business Organisation, Prof. Culasso is a member of the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale Board (AIDEA). Her main research is focused on the contribution of planning managerial systems and strategic control in business economics, with reference to which she has authored numerous publications in national and international scientific journals. In recent times, her studies have also focused on the relevance of such systems in the family business and as a tool for the innovation of value generation models, with a view to corporate sustainability. Referee of various international journals and member of editorial boards, she has active educational and scientific collaborations abroad.
She is a member of the Board of the Ferdinando Rossi School of Advanced Studies and has contributed to the development of numerous University projects.
