He is the president of the C.O.N.I. Piedmont Regional Committee. Graduated in Law at the University of Torino in 1996, he has been enrolled in the Register of the Lawyers Order of Torino since 2001. Since 2001 he has been practicing freelance as owner of a law firm specialized in the civil sector, with legal aid in the Supreme Court. He is a lecturer in legal matters at the Regional School of Sport of the C.O.N.I. Piedmont Regional Committee, where he has held multiple training events on sports contracts, safety of sports facilities, responsibility of facility managers and C.O.L. Since 2001 he has been holding top positions in sports organisms including: delegate for the Province of Torino of the Italian Rowing Federation from 2001 to 2004, Regional Judge of Piedmont of the Italian Boxing Federation from 2005 to 2010, member of the Board of the C.I.P. Piedmont Regional Committee from 2013 to 2017, member of the Board of the C.O.N.I. Piedmont Regional Committee from 2009 to 2021, Deputy Vice President of the C.O.N.I. Piedmont Regional Committee from 2017 to 2021, regional president of the Italian Rowing Federation Piedmont Regional Committee from 2009 to 2021.
