Managing Director and founder of Erremme Business Advisors, a business and management consultancy firm where he is also directly involved in Corporate Finance advisory. In addition, he has been the promoter of Islamic Finance in Malta and has prepared various papers and articles on this subject. Founder of the Malta Islamic Finance Association, he is a regular speaker in international Islamic Finance conferences. He acted as advisor on various international Islamic Finance transactions in Malta and abroad such as the required legislative changes for the first Sukuk in Malta. He was a catalyst in the launching of the Shariah Index at the Malta Stock Exchange. He is currently engaged in structuring a Takaful initiative in Europe and working on multiple Islamic Fintech projects to be registered in Malta. Author of various articles in Maltese and foreign newspapers, amongst others he is the local representative of Islamic Finance News. He is an accredited Virtual Financial Asset Agent by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
