MARIO MINOLA

After graduating at classical gymnasium, he attended the University of Torino obtaining a degree in Medicine and Surgery. He continued his studies ending his specialization in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine. He got a second specialization in Infectious Diseases and he also attended the advanced course in Management organized by the Bocconi University in Milan. His managerial career began in 1997 as Health Director of the Novara Local Health Authority (ASL) and then he was appointed as General Director of the University Hospital of Novara. He returned back to the Novara Local Health Authority (ASL) from 2008 to 2010 as General Manager and, subsequently, became General Director of the University Hospital of Novara, a position ending with his designation in April 2021 as Director of the Health and Welfare Directorate of the Piedmont Region.
