IDA ZILIO-GRANDI

Currently working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation as Director of the Italian Institute of Culture in Abu Dhabi, Cultural Section of the Italian Embassy to the UAE, Ida Zilio-Grandi is Associate Professor of Arabic Literature and Islamic Studies at the University “Ca’ Foscari” of Venice. Her research activity mainly focuses on classical Arabic literature with a religious orientation, both Islamic and, to a lesser extent, Christian.
