He is a specialist in financial transactions, particularly structured finance and securities offerings. His structured finance experience includes domestic and cross-border securitization and revolving factoring transactions, long-term issue programs and conduit structures. He also advises issuers and investors in structuring a wide range of debt and equity securities offerings, including the so called “minibond” issued by small and medium Italian enterprises, as well as in connection with listing procedures, securities regulation and other financial regulatory matters.
