Equity Partner of Nctm and member of the Executive Committee, is the Head of Banking & Finance Department and he is specialized in Banking, Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance, as well as M&A. He advises several domestic and international banks and financial institutions in extraordinary transactions which include structured finance and debt restructuring agreements, as well as in their ordinary course of business. Furthermore, he is also lead of teams of legal advisors for assistance in relation to issuance of debt securities and other operations on capital markets.
