Nadim also advises on a range of local and regional corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures, restructuring and commercial agencies. With a focus in technology, Nadim also advises clients entering in complex technology-related agreements, e-commerce matters, and data protection. He regularly publishes articles in various TMT related matters and speaks at a number of seminars and panels on technology issues.
