President of Finpiemonte S.p.A. since 2013. Graduated in Sociology, he has spent more than 20 years working as an independent consultant on themes related to management and organization of both private and public firms. He has been member of the board of directors of leading firms in Piemonte, especially dealing with issues related to corporate reorganization processes (SMAT S.p.A and EXPO 2000 S.p.A ). At present he is sole director of OKGOL Srl (Gruppo Sitaf SpA) and member of the board of directors of Transenergia Srl (Gruppo Cie SpA) e Defendini Logistica Srl. He is also member of the evaluation group for the Municipality of Collegno.
