Undersecretary at the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities & Tourism (MiBACT). Academic, writer and author of dozens of scientific papers and monographs, he is professor of Political Philosophy and Sciences and of Hermeneutics of Political Languages at the II° University of Naples, a position temporarily abandoned to become Member of the Parliament within the XVII Italian Legislature. Graduated with honors in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”, he has perfected his studies in political philosophy and philosophy of law at the Institute of Political Studies “S. Pio V” of Rome and at the University “Suor Orsola Benincasa” of Naples.
